We do our best to make sure every transaction is as smooth as possible but understand that the occasional mistake happens, such as a damaged product due to neglect by shipping couriers or missing parts. All refunds will be issued to the original payment method, if this payment method is no longer valid, we are able to issue an in-store credit for the refund amount. Please inform us prior to the refund if your original payment method is no longer valid.

If the item you order is in-stock, we usually ship within 1 business day, this can vary depending on order volume. All orders will include online tracking, please wait up to 48 hours for the tracking number to update on the courier's website. If you do not receive an email with a shipping notice and tracking number, please check your spam folder or search in your inbox for “Galactic Toys”. One of the last '24 starter sets I can find at or near SRP. Grabbed it asap. Scalpers picking them up just for the Plague Marines. I want it for both. I already have a starter set, but wanted another for more operatives and light kitbashing. I'll be coming back to GT&C for more in the future.

BIG thanks to your customer service for reaching out to USPS and tracking down what happened to my order. It arrived late but finally came today. Not the fault of the seller, the box was picked up by USPS and stalled somewhere after.

But, the box arrived in good condition, my item was wrapped in bubble wrap, and it was also in good condition.

The game itself looks fun, my son and I are excited to start putting all the models together and learning how to play.
