We do our best to make sure every transaction is as smooth as possible but understand that the occasional mistake happens, such as a damaged product due to neglect by shipping couriers or missing parts. In the rare case that the toy is severely damaged by the shipping courier, we'll accept a return on the item within 7 Days.

All refunds will be issued to the original payment method, if this payment method is no longer valid, we are able to issue an in-store credit for the refund amount. Please inform us prior to the refund if your original payment method is no longer valid.

If the item you order is in-stock, we usually ship within 1 business day, this can vary depending on order volume. Horrendous mix up with UPS. No direct phone number for this store and they take an entire day to reply to emails. Terrible service. I will not buy anything from this store again, and it's in my own city, but that explains a lot. Packages seem to be in order although they should have plastic sleeves on them and they don't. #idiocracy
